As the most influential application field of blockchain technology at present, NFT is starting a profound transformation process for human life, and the art industry is the first to bear the brunt. Its first function is to realize the open, transparent and cost-free traceability of artworks for the first time in human history, completely solving the problems of counterfeiting and copyright of artworks. Especially for digital artworks, it is the biggest gospel. From now on, digital art will usher in a big explosion, which will bring about a new era of renaissance. In my opinion, it is currently in the earliest development period of NFT art, and excellent works during this period will be very valuable collections in the future, just like early stamps. In addition to its own artistic value and scarcity, more important is the special historical value.
NFT also shows a new creative path for oil painting art creators like me, that is, combining traditional oil painting on easel with digital art and its techniques. This kind of hand-painted and digitally synthesized artwork will become a unique art category, making it not only the flexibility and randomness of digital art, but also the texture and temperature of hand-painting, especially for mass-produced series works such as Avatar series. And in this series, I can freely combine elements of previous works organically, and I can also try multiple colors simultaneously. Endless colors, infinite combination possibilities, can greatly unleash the creativity of creators.
The door god of Bitcoin is the first time I tried the NFT avatar series. The door god is a traditional Chinese protector. The meaning of the door god of Bitcoin is to protect people’s safety and auspiciousness, and to punish the bad guys.
punkgirls , my second avatar series. I have always been pursuing a sense of absurdity, so in this series, I created some images that seemed absurd, and tried to synthesize elements of my previous works through digital art to form interesting combinations and generate new artistic conceptions.This is not only a new work, but also a summary and development of my previous works.In the process of creating this series, I found a superposition of a sense of absurdity. After the old works are integrated, the power of the new works even surpasses the original ones. In addition to being absurd, the punk girl also seems to be deeply philosophical and retains the hand-painted temperature. The contradictory relationship between the body and the soul has always been the eternal theme of art and science. The Punk Girl series is an experiment to interpret the relationship between the body and the soul from the perspective of art.
Most of the NFT works in my avatar series will be used as gifts. Friends who have bought my physical paintings and NFTs, as well as friends who have participated in activities published by me on social media or communities, will receive NFTs as gifts from me.
